Dr. Cynthia Kempinski has been a CTMS parent for 5 years, where she started and ran the school's Parent Teacher Organization. She worked closely with the previous administration team to aid in daily systems and operations, as well as long term strategic planning. Cynthia is excited to bring her experience as a business owner and as a Montessori parent to this next chapter of the school.
Brigitta Jansen

A German native, Brigitta Jansen, MS, CN, practices functional medicine nutrition in Vermont.
Brigitta has a long history with CTMS as a former parent who helped with the school's marketing. Her ability to solve problems and strategize plans has contributed greatly to the boards success.

Professional Experience
Kristin Rand is the Chief Compliance Office and Head of Risk at Resilience. She earned a Law Degree from Quinnipiac University School and holds a BA in Diagnostic Genetic Sciences.

Kara Pachniuk is a former CTMS parent who contributed greatly to the PTO development and execution of school planning and events. Kara brings her experience as a business owner as well as over a decade of service to the Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce. Her knowledge and community experience will help ensure a strong future for the school.
